Large master bedroom with King size bed with views to South facing Canal
area and lanai. The bedroom is equipped with Cable TV and
has a large walk in closet. The bathroom has a glassed
in shower, hand basin and facilities. The second bedroom
with two twin beds has an adjacent tub, basin and facilities.
Family room has floor to ceiling
glass sliding doors leading to the nearby pool area. Poolside table,
chairs and sun loungers are available for your use.
Washer and Dryer located in the unit. Kitchen is fully
equipped with everything you need except food. Unit is
tiled throughout with throw rugs in convenient places.
Sorry, pets are not allowed and the unit is 'No Smoking'
The condo is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all
rooms. The condo pool is electrically
heated. Rental boats are available nearby so you can enjoy secluded
beaches, waterfront restaurants, or just being 'on the water.' Sanibel, Captiva and numerous other offshore islands are nearby.

as an option, local telephone service can be installed for a $50 fee.
Unit includes everything you should need other than your food and clothes. Dishwashing detergent,
paper towels, toilet paper, wax paper, aluminum foil, trash bags, cleaning products, and some assorted spices are
all included in the unit for your use at no extra charge. Note: No trailers, campers or large trucks can be parked in
the parking lot due to association restriction.
Activities (on site or nearby): The unit is located
adjacent to the beautiful Jaycee Park, Biking, Golf,
Tennis, Fitness Center, Water Park, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping,
Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Sailing, Shelling on Sanibel
Island and last but not least the joys of boating; island picnics,
waterside restaurants and close encounters with dolphins. |
